Maxitrol Gas Regulator
Straight-Thru-Flow Regulator
- Maxitrol’s original straight-thru-flow design regulators are main burner only, non-lockup type. Typical applications include residential, commercial, and industrial gas-fired appliances and equipment used on low pressure gas supply.
- Gases: Natural, manufactured, mixed, liquified petroleum or LP gas-air mixture.
Poppet Design
- The poppet model RV Series is designed primarily for main burner and pilot load applications. They are available from 1/8″ to 3/4″ pipe size and rated for up to 1/2 psi (35 mbar).
- Gases: Natural, manufactured, mixed, liquified petroleum or LP gas-air mixture.
 Lever Acting Design
- Maxitrol’s 325 Series regulators are for 2 psi and 5 psi piping systems. Models available for appliance main burner or pilot applications and as line pressure regulators.
- Gases: Natural, manufactured, mixed, liquified petroleum or LP gas-air mixture.
Balanced Valve Design
- The R & RS regulators are for main burner and pilot load applications. Ideal for use with infrared heaters and pilot lines on large industrial heaters and bakers. May also be used in residential applications.
- 210Series lockup-type regulators are designed for gas fired boilers, steam generators, industrial furnaces, and ovens. Remote sensing option available on 210D, E, and G models (consult Maxitrol).

Zero Governors
- Maxitrol Zero Governor model regulators are used for flow control of burners, nozzle mixers, mixing tees and proportional premixers.

Pilot Loaded
The 220 Series, utilizing a servo-operated design rather than the more conventional spring-loaded design, delivers higher outlet pressure than spring loaded models.2-Stage Regulator Valves An ideal replacement for dual manifold systems by combining gas pressure regulating and flame staging ina single unit. Applications include direct-fired heaters with two speed fans, hi-lo controls for door heaters, natural gas switchover and industrial processing.
